Reflections


Im not going to lie but the music did not do much for me I think that nature music would have been better. My boyfriend thought I was listening to a documentary on ducks or chickens by the sound of the voice. His voice is very soothing and relaxing, I think he gave too much information; although I did not know that 80% of your blood is in your abdomen/GI tract, while the rest is circulating your body at a resting state. I also like how he gave a visual example of how the body is compared to a dry sponge. As I attempted this exercise I was having a hard time relaxing cause of my dog being a pain in the butt…running all over the house and unwilling to lay down and be calm with me! I will say though at the end of this pod-cast I fell asleep so I guess it worked. I slept a good hour and had no idea.
